We moved in October 2024 and so far we have really enjoyed it. Neighborhood is quiet, you can walk to kingsoopers, the liquor store, dominos etc. Any maintenance request we have had have gotten resolved at a reasonable time. Even though this area put us both further away from work I am okay with the extra driving for the price, the area, the peace and quiet.

This was honestly the best place I have ever lived. Management always answers the phone and maintenance issues get addressed immediately. Neighborhood is nice, quiet and safe with plenty of street parking for guests etc. Thomas, who just took over in the office, has been a pleasure to work with even though he’s only been there a little over a month. I wouldn’t be moving from here if I didn’t have to relocate! highly recommend.

If you are looking at making Enclave Vista Ridge your home, I would highly suggest it. I lived there for a year, and I loved every day of it. The neighborhood is extremely peaceful, Shannon (the office manager) is so nice, and so is the maintenance staff. The maintenance staff was also so friendly with my dog if they ever needed to come in for any repairs. If I move again, I’d live here for sure. I give this place a 10/10.

In July my garage stopped working. I called the office on a Saturday to see if I could get something done. Rome arrived within a few minutes. He ensured that I could open my garage until it was fixed. Another small issue I had was also resolved at the same time. The staff who work here really take care of us quickly and efficiently. Thank you to Shannon and Liz for always following up.

This place is truly lovely. I lived in a golf course house their biggest model. Everything is updated clean and quiet. This place is quiet. Shannon is on top of everything, the owners come and make sure place is in top shape. Repair team is fast and respectful. These are fair honest people who helped me out above and beyond when I had to move out for my child’s safety. They are honest and fair with move out charges which so many people ask about. My neighbors were amazing - helping me find my lost dog when I was melting down. It’s a real community feel. This was my favorite place I ever rented. 5 stars for sure . My husband and I put in a request for some landscaping work to be done near our front entrance. We put in the request this morning and someone was out within a couple of hours to do the work. They did a great job!

We have lived here almost 2 years and it has been a good experience! Also, Jonathan on the maintenance crew is friendly and very helpful and the front office has been helpful with our questions.

Amazing experience living in this community. Quiet, neighborhood and residents are great. Shannon Martinez sends out weekly email updates on the property and events. Staff is fantastic 10 out of 10.

Shannon is an outstanding community manager! Her work ethic and management is truly deserving of a special letter of commendation. Shannon is always very proactive in sending out emails communicating events, explaining issues and expectations. She also has been extremely proactive with regard to alerts for weather. Her emails have been stellar in that she is direct and firm, including consequences and yet offered with a caring grace that is very difficult to convey. As a retired corporate CFO I know how challenging it is to communicate hard messages commanding respect while giving respect at the same time. We are very fortunate to have such a fantastic community manager in Shannon!!
